9.12 Crash after Launch

Recommended Posts

sure looks like one is posted to me:

.12.1 (18-11-2015):
- compatibility with WoT 0.9.12
- updated XVM to v6.1.6
- removed mods will be back when their authors update them
- most of the contour icon mods are outdated, only mine and two others are up-to-date

I had the same issue.  The game never started after I clicked "Play".  I think that one problem is Skins of destroyed vehicles-white.  I installed the modpack without this and the game did not crash.

I have the same problem. The game crashes after launching it. And I don't use the mod with white destroyed vehicles like Darth_Clicker.

I installed the new modpack and everything worked for a few battles - then I logged off to check something and now the same - crashes before it gets to login screen.

Unchecking the "Check for update in garage" at the very top of the mod selection screen will solve the crash issue at login. Props to Prometh3us for providing me with this solution!

Confirm what Prometheus said - unchecking the Aslain mod update in garage box solves the CTD issue

And thanks as always to Aslain for a fast issue of 12.1.1

happened to me...

then i look at res_mods folder and the 9.12 wasnt there...

fix it creating that folder, exact named by aslain: create folder and name it 9.12.1. After this the game will not crash anymore.

i didnt pasted the new mods folders inside it, cuz must leaved to work.

tonight will test if the new mods works fine, but for sure i can play it (tested).

sorry for my bad english.

glhf.

Unckecked the "Check for update" box...

Removed the damage announcer mod...

Created this miscellaneous "9.12.1" folder...

Game still crashes after each round, forcing me to restart.

Any other ideas?

I had the exact same problem. Do you have any WOT tweaks enabled? I don't know which ones did it but the ones i have enabled now are..

disable exhaus smoke

disable wreckage smoke

disable tree motion effects

disable clouds

I don't have that problem with those enabled.
