Battle Assistant still?

I see that Battle Assistant has returned to the mod pack.  How is it different from the vanilla client version?  I installed it, but can't tell the difference except that now it wants me to register??

It's more stable, Wargaming version is changing view angle like crazy ivan giving motion sickness to the people, and is little bugged.

yeh wg  one  changes angle of the view  which is very annoying, whereas the mod version is so much better and stable

The new one goes to a 3rd party site and asks you to login with your wargaming id before being able to use it, is this a legitimate site or a scam?

When I fire up WoT, I get a statement stating Battle Assistant is not active click on it and it goes to the above site. Free or donation.

Legit, of course.

 

All you're giving them is the same information that XVM gets. Username and your public WoT profile, or something tiny like that. You're explained what you're giving away, when you're on Wargaming's login page.

true  wat quak says ,  it wouldn't be linked through wargaming.net   site if it was dodgy  as if it was and  stuff happened to customers  etc  then wg wud be in big trouble

Yup, found the quote I was looking for too;

"Wargaming.net only shares your username and link to your profile to third-party websites. No other information such as your email address or password is shared."

Yeah I figured it out after I clicked on it and went to the actual login site. Thanks for the response though.
