WOT stay stastionairy in this screen does not continue to battle countdown screen

Verry strange, After installing latest modpack ( with all the things i do since 2014) i get this???

look at left top of screen shot.

red 1/4th circle is comming from corner???

can also not continue in game.

What is going on here?

Edit: also if i start the second game right after with the same or another tank the second ring is 1 sec after the other till as shown.

this happened to me , I found the problem , it was the real dispersion circle that caused this

Mod author informed me that you should uncheck (don't install) server crosshair, it's not compatible with that.
