It's caused by Team Aware. Pretty sure it's not something that other people sees? But not sure. I never tried the mod myself. I don't think it should be doing that? Also, moved thread to WoWs section.

Got a warning from WG about illegal mod use
Quaksen replied to yeayea911's topic in General Discussion
I saw that part - please read it carefully. And please read my message carefully. "FXAA Tool" (a program, not related to AMD or Nvidia) is NOT the same as the graphics option called "FXAA" (Nvidia's option) -
Got a warning from WG about illegal mod use
Quaksen replied to yeayea911's topic in General Discussion
Where did they state that it's banned by WG? Nvidia has their Nvidia Experience.. and it's allowed. I don't see why AMD's version would be any different. "FXAA Tool" is a program - not by either of those. FXAA by itself, is "Fast Approximate Anti-Aliasing (FXAA) is an anti-aliasing algorithm created by Timothy Lottes at NVIDIA." On his screenshots (in the other thread), he's using "Multisampling", which is shortened by "MSAA". -
I don't think it has anything to do with his graphicscard.. he has a lot of focus on "FXAA" it seems.. but the "FXAA Tool" mentioned is a third party program. But he does post screenshots of the AMD Settings window, so he's probably not using "FXAA Tool" I'm fairly sure they've said that the graphics stuff that is provided by the official AMD and Nvidia programs, are fine. But ReShade and other third-party programs will cause a ban - because of the way they inject themselves into the game.

You should have a look at: \World of Tanks\Aslain_Modpack\Custom_mods\ That way you can avoid having to make the adjustment manually each time. For platoon play, it would probably be easier and also rule out other tiers, to just use the garage filters instead, selecting the tier and possibly type to use.

Right click and put best crew does not work in latest mod pack.
Quaksen replied to Bavor's topic in Issues & bug reporting
That's some odd behavior then. Hmm. The "Best crew" option is working just fine on my end, tried the same tanks as you. As long as the crew is in barracks, it works. You did say you checked that you had them in barracks. Hmm. -
After Modpack Installation, All Game Audio Ceased to Exist
Quaksen replied to JPG11's topic in Issues & bug reporting
Moving to WoT bug report section.. Please attach log files (instructions in my signature) -
If you want to use PMOD, then ignore what I said about XVM's config.. (though should you want to use XVM's config, that would have to be set to "true" instead of false).. As for PMOD: If the many different options in the modpack doesn't suit you, you can find the config for the zoom steps here: \mods\configs\pmod\zoomX.json Keep in mind you'll have to adjust it, every time you install the modpack - unless you setup a custom zip file, per instructions in: \Aslain_Modpack\Custom_mods\
-
Aslain added the purple option in today's modpack update.

Using the purple one

The zoom steps in the installer are listed under PMOD, and doesn't use XVM's file. Do you want to continue using PMOD's option.. or do you want to use XVM? If you want to use XVM's option, then deselect PMOD's option, and then in the camera.xc file, you'll have this at the top, that you need to change: "camera": { "enabled": false,

Found Aslain's previous reply to 2: The thing you mentioned in 5: You could see the exact gains you've gotten by using YasenKrasen for example. And resetting it before you start playing. Then you'll see your session stats for free xp and so on
-
1: Should be possible.. unless the name code itself doesn't use a clan tag, but just appears by default.. hmm. 2: That'll require a total remake of the installer.. the current software simply can't do that without breaking completely. Not all mods are grouped together, because some people might want to avoid XVM. And thus need a non-XVM section for those mods. PMOD supplies various settings, and they're in their proper sections rather than having just one big PMOD one. 3: Should be very much possible. 4: Many heavy mods should be marked already. Not sure how heavy those are you mentioned. 5: A little excessive, having a notepad ingame. I'm sure Aslain will drop by here too when he can.

You have to pay to demount that spall liner - that's normal. And your gold is locked.... top right corner. (You locked it, using XVM's gold lock feature)
-
Use something decent like Notepad++ (freeware) Find the file "camera.xc" in: \res_mods\configs\xvm\Aslain\ And then you'll find the lines (for example): "sniper": { "zooms": [2, 4, 8, 16, 24, 30],

Downloads section is just under the chat box, you scrolled past it to get to this section, hehe. Talking about WoT, since you mentioned engine sounds? You posted in WoWs..

You have desktop scaling turned on to something other than 100%. In order to correctly see the buttons to move to next, you'll need to set it to 100%.. you can boost it back to whatever it is set to afterwards, if you need the higher scaling. Assuming Windows 10: You can just type "scaling" in the start menu.
-
Yeah, what Aslain mentioned. You accidentally set the tank as reserve, which is why it wouldn't show up.

You accidentally set the tank as Reserve, thus hiding the tank. When you're looking at the filters, click the bottom row button, next to the Mastery one.. it should then show the hidden tank, and you can right click the tank to unhide it.

The most important file is missing. _Aslains_Installer_Options.inf That is 99% of the time the file that Aslain actually needs to check an issue, so he gets your exact setup, without having to manually select everything. So if you could include that - while having the issue - that'd be great.
-
I have the file just fine. You should probably attach log files for this, so Aslain can take a better look at it.

Battle Observer is one of the team HP pool options that also has a ton of other stuff. Including the same code as Elkano - so there's really no "updating it" - it works fine - they just conflict due to the same code - and the fact that BO loads in a more aggressive way than Elkano does.
-
Wargaming changed something that broke Advanced Tech Tree completely. The people updating Advanced Tech Tree are stuck since they need someone with AS3 knowledge to fix the Flash file or something along those lines...
-
Seems it's Battle Observer that has the exact same code in it, and Battle Observer loads in a different way, and thus overwrites Elkano's option. Aslain will be changing things in the modpack so BO's option will be enabled if you have both BO and Elkano's SGM selected. They should look the same.
