Aslains modern icons for enemy

I voted for #2 because you said it was for enemy side only.  Having the guns aiming to the middle of the screen is a lot more balanced in my opinion.  If the friendly tanks were also aiming to the center, they would be aiming at each other which is great.

Yes the left side will stay untouched, this is only about right side, to balance it that way.

For players panels, i prefer (voted) option 1 / 4 battle loading option 2 should be better :-)

Voted #1 because it is easier to see at a glance, but then I like the 3-D Arabic BEST!

Voted for #1 because on player panel, the tiers numbers will be masked by the name of the tank and shorts names are unreadable.

(maybe an option that I havn't seen in game)
