  1. Ah yeah, that would do the trick. Didn't think about that part
  2. Could you please attach required log files as well? See the sticky thread in this section, or the link in my signature.
  3. Only if it helps him, he didn't report back, but that could be a good sign, if he ended up playing World of Tanks Lets hope so.
  4. You should be able to click activate services, and then login to World of Tanks on your laptop, and it should register that for XVM, and work fine from then on... Otherwise I am not sure what could block part of XVM... it seems weird. Just in case, please attach log files as described in the link in my signature
  5. When you switch between computers, do you keep reactivating on the modxvm website? Since I'm pretty sure it's locked to the computer that last logs into World of Tanks afterwards.
  6. Did you enable XMQP on the modxvm.com website? And when you activate it/renew it, it needs to be when your game is NOT running.
  7. I guess it might help a little bit, but not sure how to test it tbh. I guess I see your point, but as Aslain also pointed out, it's approved by WG, hopefully they do enough testing before they approve stuff I know one thing is for sure, and that's if you do not have a target actually locked, your guns fire a lot different than normally. (Like if you do not have a target locked, you'll hit the mountain infront of him, instead of shooting over the mountain.. hope that makes sense)
  8. No clue then Just from what I found out, it has probably been around since then. No idea which setting could be changed, to remove it either.
  9. Pretty sure that feature has been around since somewhere in version 0.6.6 and forward... it's been quite a long time already with it.
  10. Your previous error message said that 0.9.19.1 was missing... so did you just update your World of Tanks client? Since now it says 0.9.19.1.1 is missing. So try the other modpack installer again then.. The one intended for 0.9.19.1.1. Otherwise I have no clue...
  11. In this part: Downloads for World of Tanks 0.9.19.1 Reveal hidden contents It's below the already revealed links for the other version Just scroll a little bit down
  12. You're on ASIA servers. Download the modpack from the proper link. You downloaded the wrong one (You downloaded the one for 0.9.19.1.1) Look on the download page here on the forum once more... read the lines, and then click "Reveal hidden contents", and get the one that is intended for 0.9.19.1
  13. Please attach logs. See my signature's link, or the sticky thread in this section on how to.
  14. Yeah, if it says false, that means the crosshair script isn't being loaded. Probably a small bug in the installer depending on your selections. Mine worked fine, but I also use the smoke timer that is also in that script
  15. In here: \res_mods\0.6.8.1\alt_hud\settings.xml Does ngCrosshair say active = true or false? It should be true.
  16. I doubt it'll work, given that pretty much every update Wargaming does, breaks just about every mod out there. :/
  17. That would be the place where descriptions show up, when you select a mod Sure, it could probably be a bit smaller.. but I don't think it would change font scaling issue. The font would still get screwed
  18. Ah, hm. Kinda just assumed you meant display scaling as a whole, but if you're just scaling fonts, I guess that could make the button disappear. Does it appear if you turn font scaling off temporarily?
  19. Installer doesn't like display scaling. Makes the installer too big, and goes out the bottom of the screen, which is probably what you're seeing?
  20. sina01 as example: Tier 9 average played. 48k total battles played. 1344 wn8 average. 49% win percent. 5716 battles played in tank (E 100) 51% win percent in tank (E 100) 0.7 damage ratio in tank (E 100)
  21. Hmm, it's working fine for me. I got dynamic selected in the ingame settings, and seeing the new crosshair, with markers above and below the line.
  22. Do you see my signature? It has a link to the guide that explains step-by-step how to upload required log files added 0 minutes later The important part is: - Run special application: >> Aslains_WoWs_Logs_Archiver.exe << (which can be found in the game installation folder or as shortcut on your windows desktop) it will create Aslains_WoWs_Logs.zip file, attach that file to your thread, it's mandatory !!! I don't need any other logs, only that particular zip file. Aslains_WoWs_Logs.zip can be found in game folder inside Aslains_Modpack directory.
  23. Could you check what "ngCrosshair" says in: \res_mods\0.6.8.1\alt_hud\settings.xml ? If it's set to false, that would be why.. and it's probably a minor bug in the installer based on your selections in the modpack. (Please attach log files for your current installation )
  24. Your connection passes through several servers between you and the end point. The routes taken between you and end point can be different, depending on a lot of things. So it's not something that's an easy fix - since it could be many things.
