Winterpeger Posted September 6, 2015 Posted September 6, 2015 Hi Aslain, I don't recall this occurring before with previous modpacks. On the battle loading screen the tank tier in roman is appearing over the tank name. This is only occurring on the battle loading screen. Quote
HockeyPhool Posted September 6, 2015 Posted September 6, 2015 I'm seeing the same thing. I read elsewhere in the forum that it's a WoT bug, not a modpack bug. I tried enabling and disabling that in the WoT game settings but it did not fix the issue. Hi Aslain, I don't recall this occurring before with previous modpacks. Grandorf Posted September 6, 2015 Posted September 6, 2015 Hi There are some new settings in XVM. So it depends which configs you are using. Open battleLoading.xc and/or statisticForm.xc. Find this line and change it: "removeVehicleLevel": true, Quote
aya888888 Posted September 6, 2015 Posted September 6, 2015 I use Aslain mod pack. To fix it go to "World_of_Tanks\res_mods\configs\xvm\Aslain" . Edit "battleLoading.xc" and "statisticForm.xc". I use notepad++ to edit it the end of two above file is "removeSquadIcon": false, "showBattleTier": true edit it to "removeSquadIcon": false, "removeVehicleLevel": true, "showBattleTier": true 1 Quote
Grandorf Posted September 6, 2015 Posted September 6, 2015 Hi Yes, and if those big ugly tank icons are annoying then use this line: "removeVehicleTypeIcon": true, Quote

Moderator Quaksen Posted September 6, 2015 Moderator Posted September 6, 2015 get in game settings and choose turn off battle tier at top right u dumb. :D And you do know that setting isn't the one causing issues, right? ;) Quote
Grandorf Posted September 6, 2015 Posted September 6, 2015 get in game settings and choose turn off battle tier at top right u dumb. :D We now this is a classic noobthing but XVM has pulled a dirty one. They are more and more taking over the whole interface and WG has given the thumbs up. This can be checked by looking at "ears" if they dont have roman numbers then its the XVM settings. On the other hand battleloading, playerspanel and statsinfo are now bigger, better and more adjustable. More stats for the people! Quote
Winterpeger Posted September 6, 2015 Author Posted September 6, 2015 Thanks guys.. adding the line below to the battleLoading.xc file fixed the issue. "removeVehicleLevel": true, Quote
HockeyPhool Posted September 6, 2015 Posted September 6, 2015 Thank you! I wasn't aware of this change in XVM. @Aslain - would you make this the default in your configuration? HockeyPhool I use Aslain mod pack. To fix it go to "World_of_Tanks\res_mods\configs\xvm\Aslain" . Edit "battleLoading.xc" and "statisticForm.xc". NewYears1978 Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 Thanks for the tip :) That was annoying me, even though it doesn't really affect anything. OCD for the win! Quote
